Drake Reportedly Pulls French Montana Collaboration Over Kanye/Kim Kardashian Lyric

French Montana’s new album They Got Amnesia is set to arrive Friday, but it may be missing one big feature.

When the original tracklist was unveiled, Drake was listed on a song called “Splash Brothers.” However, HipHop-N-More points out that the song has been removed from the tracklist on Apple Music and replaced with something called “Fraud.”

Fans have speculated that “Splash Brothers” may have been pulled from the album because it contained a lyric that could be perceived as a shot at Ye.

A snippet of the track leaked earlier this year on which Drake references his rumored relationship with Kim Kardashian. “I’ll f**k a rapper’s wife and she ain’t even my type,” he reportedly raps.

Earlier this week, Drake and Ye squashed their beef and reunited in Toronto, so it’s possible Drake yanked the song amid their reconciliation.

Prior to this, Drake upset Ye with his lyrics on “Greece,” which also seemed to reference Kim. “Rolls-Royce, baby, in Hidden Hills / Bags full of hundred dollar bills / Joggin’ past your wife and she get chills,” he raps.

While Kim has denied that the two hooked up, Kanye wasn’t happy that Drake insinuated otherwise. “But you acted like you did,” he said during his recent “Drink Champs” interview. “It’s like somebody throwing a marble and hiding their hand.”

UPDATE: TMZ claims that Drake pulled the song because he didn’t think it was appropriate to release it in the wake of the Astroworld tragedy, and not because it referenced Kanye and Kim. It will reportedly be released on an upcoming deluxe edition of They Got Amnesia.
