Eminem may have a surprise album on the way.
Fans are buzzing over a series of clues on social media that may hint at a new project, quite possibly a third installment in his Marshall Mathers LP series.
Em’s frequent collaborator, Fredwreck, fueled speculation after posting a drawing of the Detroit rapper’s childhood home on his Instagram Story, which also appears on the cover of the first and second installment of The Marshall Mathers LP.
According to a Reddit user (via XXL), Fredwreck also posted a photo of a building with an address number of 1001, leading fans to believe that the album will drop on Oct. 1.
So @Eminem is dropping October 1st I bet you! @Fredwreck posts “calm before the storm†then the house from the MMLPs, which is his 1001 post. Then @SkylarGrey says “OCT 1st mark your calendar.â€

There is another theory that Eminem could be dropping music as part of the soundtrack to Venom: Let There Be Carnage, which hits theaters Oct. 1. He penned the title track for the 2018 superhero film, which also appeared on his Kamikaze album.
Additionally, Eminem’s frequent collaborator Skylar Grey hinted that something was coming on Oct. 1.
“This month has been hellish… but I see the light at the end… can’t wait for October 1st… mark your calendar,” tweeted the singer-songwriter.

Eminem is known for dropping albums without warning. His last surprise project was Side B, a deluxe edition of Music to Be Murdered By, which was released in December 2020. There have been rumblings of new music as of late. Mozzy’s manager recently tweeted that his client had been in the studio with both Eminem and Polo G.
