Kendrick Lamar’s upcoming untitled comedy has been pushed back to 2026.
The movie was originally revealed in 2022 and has already seen some delays. The Kendrick Lamar, Trey Parker and Matt Stone movie from filmmaker Dave Free has bene pushed to March 20, 2026, it was announced at CinemaCon. It was set for July 4th release this year.
Deadline reports that the main reason for the delay is Kendrick kicking off his global tour on April 19, while Parker and Stone have their South Park commitments. The plot as well as the cast are under wraps, but it’s already known that it’s a original live-action comedy.
