Hence, relying on these products will only ensure that you gain body fat rather than body mass. This does not mean that you will not gain muscle mass at all if you take these supplements. Your chances of gaining that amount of muscle weight will be lower if you do not perform any muscle-building exercises. The truth remains that no amount of mass-gain or weight-gain supplements consumed can take the place of performing muscle building routines.
The bottom line is that no amount of weight-gain or mass-gain supplements ingested can substitute for regular workout routines.
