PUMA and NOAH have reunited for another offering, which furthers their catalog of collaborations. Entitled the PUMA Star, the new silhouette is fit for the tennis courts or the streets.
What stands out about the PUMA Star is it being a re-issue of the PUMA Wimbledon from the late ’70s. As the show was named after the renowned Grand Slam tournament, it clearly has a focus on the sport in the past and present. Appearing with a crisp white leather upper, the shoe features a stitched-on-rubber cup sole, a split herringbone traction outsole and a perforated Formstrip. Also complementing the shoe are subtle inserts of blue, which nod to PUMA’s heritage colorways.
