Would You Attend a Socially Distant Music Festival? Vote!

In My Elements sets out to be one of the first socially distant music festivals with two-part COVID-19 testing starting tomorrow (July 10). Are music lovers ready to head out to festivals soon if they implemented safety measures?

Brooklyn-based production company BangOn! organized the three-day open-air retreat while abiding by Pennsylvania’s state regulations, which currently allows a maximum gathering of 250 people. In My Elements only allowed for 225 ticketholders for the immersive music festival and wellness retreat with 25 attendees, staff members, artists and volunteers.

Dave Chappelle hosted Chappelle Summer Camp in his Dayton, Ohio hometown over July 4th weekend, inviting comedic and musical guests such as Erykah Badu, Common, Tiffany Haddish, Talib Kweli, DJ Trauma, Michael Che, Michelle Wolf, Questlove, Jon Hamm and more. The Roots’ musician took to Instagram to highlight he “got tested 2ce & mask/rantined” before returning to “a drumset for the first time in 4 months.”

If the right coronavirus precautions are taken, would you be comfortable going to a music festival soon? Vote below!
