Jackie Chan, Post Malone and More Join Seth Rogen’s ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ Film

Seth Rogen has unveiled the main voice cast of his upcoming movie, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem.

The CG-animated theatrical film will feature an all-star cast featuring Jackie Chan as Splinter, Post Malone as Ray Fillet, Rogen as Bebop, Paul Rudd as Mondo Gecko, Hannibal Buress as Genghis Frog, John Cena as Rocksteady, Ice Cube as Superfly, Giancarlo Esposito as Baxter Stockman, Maya Rudolph as Cynthia Utrom, Rose Byrne as Leatherhead, Natasia Demetriou as Wingnut and Ayo Edebiri as April O’Neil, with the Turtles voiced by Micah Abbey as Donatello, Shamon Brown Jr. as Michelangelo, Brady Noon as Raphael and Nicolas Cantu as Leonardo.

Mutant Mayhem will follow an original story that sees “the Turtle brothers set out to win the hearts of New Yorkers and be accepted as normal teenagers through heroic acts” after years of being sheltered from the human world. “Their new friend April O’Neil helps them take on a mysterious crime syndicate, but they soon get in over their heads when an army of mutants is unleashed upon them,” a press release continued.

“We are beyond thrilled by this world-class cast we’ve assembled to bring these iconic, beloved characters to life in a new chapter of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles universe. This really sets a new bar for this globally celebrated franchise, and we can’t wait to show audiences this film,” President of Nickelodeon Animation and Paramount Animation Ramsey Naito said.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem premieres August 4.

Elsewhere in entertainment, Sydney Sweeney will reportedly play Spider-Woman in Madame Webb.
