Travis Scott recently stopped by to play ball with his favorite MLB team, the Houston Astros. A video of the Houston native in the Astros dugout sharing a conversation with the media has surfaced.

In the conversation, Travis can be heard telling the cameraman that he played the baseball team his highly anticipated new project, UTOPIA, in the locker room to get them ready to play against the Chicago Cubs. Back in February, Epic Records chairperson Sylvia Rhone noted that Travis Scott’s UTOPIA will be dropping in June 2023. However, the artist himself has not yet confirmed the official date. In the video, Scott tells the camera, “It’s on the way now,” before revealing he played the new album for the team just prior.

The album has long been teased, with the first reports dating back to 2021. In 2021, he teased fans with a new verse from “Escape Plan” from the album and later, in Fall 2022, Scott previews unreleased collaborations with Kid Cudi, Future, Pharrell and Lil Uzi Vert.
