Mayor LaToya Cantrell issued a proclamation recognizing the significance of “Back That Azz Up,” produced by Mannie Fresh and featuring Lil Wayne.
Originally released on June 11, 1999, as the second single from Juvenile’s 4x Platinum album *400 Degreez*, the song quickly became a cultural phenomenon, reaching the top charts and becoming a staple in music history.
