Grammy-nominated rapper Swae Lee has officially sold his luxurious Miami mansion for $4.35 million. The property, which stands out for its impressive 15-car garage, represents a significant piece of real estate in the artist’s portfolio.
According to reports, the 7,831-square-foot residence is situated on a sprawling 1.22-acre lot, offering a private oasis surrounded by lush greenery, including palm and palmetto trees. Originally constructed in 1993, the home was designed with high-end, resort-style living in mind.
Inside the Celebrity Estate
The mansion features five bedrooms and five bathrooms, with the master suite serving as a highlight of the home. It includes a private gym, a hot tub, and dual walk-in closets. Beyond the primary living quarters, the estate is equipped with an 11-seat movie theater, a 500-bottle wine cellar, and a billiards room. The outdoor space is equally impressive, boasting an Olympic-size pool with a jacuzzi, alongside basketball and tennis courts.
Perhaps the most notable feature for any automotive enthusiast is the climate-controlled 15-car garage, which includes seven bays and automated lifts. This facility underscores the property’s unique appeal.
A Strategic Real Estate Move
Swae Lee originally acquired the mansion in April 2023 for $4.25 million. After listing the property in July 2026 with an initial asking price of $5.395 million, the final sale at $4.35 million marks the conclusion of his ownership. Reflecting on his time at the residence, the rapper noted his appreciation for the expansive backyard, the pool deck, and the dedicated sports courts, as well as the high-end amenities like the wine cellar and theater.
