Latto may have already given birth to her first child after she appeared in a Mother’s Day video message that has left fans buzzing with speculation. On Wednesday (May 13), the Atlanta rapper shared an Instagram video for her Latto-affiliated Win Some Give Some Foundation, where she saluted the mothers who attended her inaugural Big Mama Day celebration.
In the clip, the 27-year-old artist is seen sitting in a rocking chair, offering an apology for her absence at the May 9 event. She explained that she was “a little caught up” and noted that it was her “first Mother’s Day” as well. The video, which is framed from the neck up, has fueled intense fan theories regarding her status as a new mother, particularly because faint baby sounds were audible in the background.
“Am I the only one who heard the baby sounds?” one fan questioned in the comments. Another added, “You rocking like you had the baby Big Mama… I knew I wasn’t tripping, the baby made a sound when she said event!” A third viewer noted, “She in a rocking chair sounding exhausted, she definitely had her baby.”

Latto first announced her pregnancy in March 2026 via the music video for “Business & Personal (Intro).” The visual featured 21 Savage, who is widely rumored to be the father. While he did not show his face in the video, his hands were clearly visible holding Latto’s baby bump in several scenes.
The timing of these rumors coincides with the lead-up to her highly anticipated project, Big Mama, which is scheduled for release on May 29. Latto recently revealed that the upcoming album will serve as her retirement project.
