Liverpool’s 2023/24 Away Jersey Takes a Trip Down Memory Lane

Liverpool Football Club and Nike have just presented their new away jersey for the 2023/24 season and it revitalizes the club’s classic green and white jersey from the 1995/96 campaign.

The new design — that references the season the Reds were spearheaded to the FA Cup final by Robbie Fowler and Steve Mcmanaman — takes on the same green and white quarter pattern, however, it’s been updated with a digital effect.

Additionally, the shirt layers hues of “Green Spark,” “Poison Green,” and “Pine Green,” while the design is also complemented by a black trim collar and sleeve cuffs, with the customary Liver Bird motif also hit with a blacked-out effect.

What’s more, is that the new away jersey for Liverpool has been designed in line with the club’s “The Red Way” sustainability program, with both the on-field and replica versions of the kit being crafted from 100% recycled polyester fabric, made from recycled plastic bottles.

You can take a closer look at the new Liverpool away jersey above and you will be able to see it for the first time IRL when the men’s team takes on Leicester City during its pre-season tour in Singapore.
